Oskar Pernefeldt, President

Oskar is the designer behind the proposal The International Flag of Planet Earth, which was presented in 2015. Besides being a life-long flag enthusiast, he is an Art Director in the advertising and marketing scene in Sweden - with a deep conviction in the power of communication, as a tool for awareness creation, shifting perspectives and affecting change.

Hansa Devi, VP & Executive Director

Hansa served as Vice President for the nonprofit ACCESS Health International, based in Hyderabad, India, for two years during its initial phases. She later served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Panji LLC for five years, an eco-friendly manufacturing company based in Colorado, USA. Hansa is the Vice President on our Board and serves as the Executive Director of the organization.

Tiffany Kavanaugh

Tiffany holds is the Telluride Town Clerk and has served the Town of Telluride, Colorado, for nearly 10 years. She has in-depth experience running operations smoothly in the world of community affairs, legislation, town politics, etc. She is extremely detail oriented, straightforward, and a great human being with sound advice on all different types of topics.

Shane Tabor Carrick

Shane supports us with his knowledge around nonprofits. Besides his Board position at the IFOPE-O, Shane is the Programs Director at the nonprofit Make Life Skate Life - an organization that empowers marginalized communities around the world through skateboarding. Shane is continuously fascinated and driven by how to evolve the nonprofit sector at large.

Siavash Ghorbani

Siavash was one of the founding members of the e-commerce platform Tictail, which later was acquired by the e-commerce giant Shopify - where he holds the position as the Vice President of Engineering. In relation to IFOPE-O, the title Innovation Advisor is more fitting. Siavash helps our organization visualize and anchor our role in the world moving forward.
